### How do I join?

Joining is seamless!
1. Connect your CROSSx wallet.
2. Agree to the Terms of Service. That's it! You're all set to go.

### Can I change my wallet address?

Unfortunately, a linked wallet address cannot be changed. If you'd like to use a new wallet, please log in again with that wallet.

### Where can I edit my profile?

You can update your profile image and username under Settings > Profile. Please note that your username can only be changed once, so choose carefully.

### How do I link my YouTube channel?

YouTube channel linking is available from [Settings > Connections]. Log in with the Google account associated with your YouTube channel, then allow channel permissions to complete the connection.

### How do I link my TikTok?

TikTok linking is available from [Settings > Connections]. Allow permissions through your TikTok account to complete the connection.

### Can I link multiple channels?

No, only one YouTube channel and one TikTok account can be linked per account.

### Can my access be restricted?

Please keep your activity honest! If policy violations or fraudulent behavior are detected, your access may be revoked. In such cases, any unpaid rewards and future benefits will also be forfeited.

### What happens if I leave CROSS Wave?

If you choose to leave CROSS Wave, please be aware of the following:
All unclaimed rewards and benefit rights will be voided.
Withdrawal is irreversible, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

## Campaign

### What is a Campaign?

A Campaign is a service where you earn rewards by creating and uploading video content (such as YouTube and TikTok videos) related to featured games. It's an opportunity to go beyond just playing games—showcase your influence and earn rewards based on your content's performance. Turn your influence into rewards!

### How do I join a campaign?

Just 3 steps!

1. Connect Wallet: Link your CROSSx wallet to complete sign-up.
2. Link Channel: Connect your YouTube channel and TikTok account to CROSS Wave in the Settings menu.
3. Upload Video: Post your video on YouTube or TikTok with the designated campaign hashtags in the description. Once posted, your participation is confirmed automatically!

### Are videos uploaded before the campaign eligible?

Unfortunately, only videos newly uploaded after channel linking is complete are eligible, even if a campaign is already active.

Upload After Linking: Only videos uploaded after successfully linking your YouTube or TikTok channel will be collected.
Campaign Period Adherence: Videos uploaded before the official campaign start date are excluded from scoring.
No Retroactive Application: If you link your channel while a campaign is in progress, videos posted before the linking timestamp will not be counted.

Required Hashtags: The specific campaign hashtags must be included in the video description. Our system automatically identifies and registers only videos with the correct tags.

### My video isn't showing up on the leaderboard!

Don't panic! Please check the following:

Hashtag Check: Verify that the designated hashtags are included in your video description exactly as specified.
Automation: Only videos with the exact hashtags can be found by the system.
Policy Compliance: Videos flagged for fraudulent activity or policy violations may be excluded from the rankings.

### My video participation check is delayed.

There may be a slight delay while our system identifies and fetches hashtag data from YouTube and TikTok. Data syncing may also be delayed during peak times. Please upload early to ensure your video is tracked in time. Videos detected after the deadline cannot be counted, regardless of the reason.

### How are rankings determined?

Rankings are determined in real-time by AI analyzing videos from multiple angles.

In-Depth Analysis: We look beyond simple view counts to evaluate actual viewer response and influence.
AI Verification: The AI meticulously assesses the quality and validity of interactions to ensure data integrity.
Algorithm: To maintain a fair competitive environment and prevent abuse, specific ranking weights and detailed evaluation methods are not disclosed.

### What activities result in disqualification from rewards?

For a fair ecosystem for everyone, please avoid the following:

Metric Manipulation: Using bots or macros to artificially inflate views, likes, or comments.
Duplicate Content: Re-uploading the same video or reusing content from previous campaigns.
Copyright Infringement: Posting content you did not create or do not have rights to.
Irrelevant Content: Using campaign hashtags on videos unrelated to the campaign topic.
Abnormal Patterns: Data flows that AI determines deviate from standard viewing behavior.
Policy Violations: Any other activities that violate the Operating Policy.

### What happens if I participate fraudulently?

Abusive videos are disqualified without prior notice. Repeated policy violations may result in reward forfeiture and service suspension under the Operating Policy, so please participate honestly.

## Mission

### What is a Mission?

A Mission is a feature where you create, submit, and earn rewards for short-form content like YouTube Shorts or TikTok. Create short, impactful videos based on specific game themes and earn fixed rewards. Rewards are on a first-come, first-served basis, confirmed in the order that mission approvals are finalized after video upload.

### Who is eligible for a Mission?

Any member who has linked a YouTube or TikTok channel to their Wave account can participate.

### How do I participate in a Mission?

Participation is very simple!

Link Account: After logging into CROSS Wave, link the YouTube or TikTok account you'll use to upload videos.
Select Mission: Click on the game mission you want to join in the 'Mission' tab and read the detailed guide.
Upload Video: Create your video following the guide and upload it to your channel.
Submit URL: Return to the mission detail page and manually submit the link to your uploaded video.

### What platforms can I submit videos from?

Currently, only YouTube Shorts and TikTok videos you've uploaded can be submitted.

### Can I submit videos uploaded before the mission start date?

No, only videos uploaded after the mission start date can be submitted.

### What happens if I submit a video not from my channel?

Only videos from your own account linked to your Wave account can be submitted. You cannot submit video URLs from other accounts.

### Can I submit a video I've already submitted to another mission?

No, you cannot submit a URL for a video that has already participated in another mission or has already been rejected.

### How long does the review take after submitting a mission video?

After submission, an administrator reviews the video, and the review period may vary by mission. Results can be checked on the mission detail screen. To pass on the first try, please submit a video that matches the mission guide and topic.

### Why was my submitted mission rejected?

After submission, an administrator reviews it and may reject it if it does not meet the mission's topic or guide criteria. Please create and submit a video that meets the criteria specified in the guide on the mission detail screen.

### Can I participate again if my mission is rejected?

Yes, you can resubmit a video for rejected missions only. Previously submitted videos cannot be resubmitted, and resubmission is not possible once the mission ends.

## Invite Friends

### How do I invite friends?

After logging in, you can find your personal invite link in the 'Invite Friends' menu. Copy the link and share it with your friends, or share it via social media like Telegram or X.

### When is the referral relationship established?

It is established when the invited friend completes registration through the shared link. The relationship is created even if channel linking or KYC verification was not completed at the time of registration.

### Can I invite a friend who is already registered?

No, already registered accounts cannot be referred, and it is also not possible to refer yourself.

### How much invite reward can I receive?

You receive an additional 5% of the rewards earned by the friends you invited in campaigns or missions.

### What is the difference between 'Confirmed' and 'Pending' rewards?

Pending reward: A reward calculated as 5% of rewards awaiting payment after a friend's campaign/mission is approved. Withdrawal is not possible, but it is reflected in the ranking score.
Confirmed reward: A reward calculated as 5% after a friend's video is approved and the campaign/mission reward payment is fully completed.
Rewards that are finally confirmed from pending status are converted to confirmed rewards.

### How is the invite ranking calculated?

Rankings are determined based on the total of confirmed and unconfirmed rewards. This is an all-time single ranking that continues to accumulate regardless of withdrawal status.

### Is 5% paid for all rewards?

It only applies to campaign rewards and mission rewards paid in $CROSS. Other rewards such as game coupons are excluded.

### How do I withdraw rewards?

Rather than users applying directly, the system automatically registers settlement targets on the 1st of each month.

### Are there conditions for automatic settlement?

Automatic withdrawal is applied when all of the following conditions are met.
Identity verification must be completed.
Confirmed invite rewards must be 10 CROSS or more. Payment is made only in whole number units, excluding decimals.

### When does the actual payment take place?

Settlement targets are automatically registered on the 1st of each month, and it takes approximately 2 weeks from the settlement pending state to completion.

## Reward

### Can I see my expected campaign reward in advance?

Yes! You can check it in real-time via 'Est. Reward (Estimated Reward)'. Please note that the final payout may vary slightly depending on the data verification results after the campaign ends.

### How are campaign rewards distributed?

Within the total reward pool prepared for each campaign, rewards are automatically distributed to your wallet according to the final rankings confirmed after the campaign ends.

### How do I receive my campaign rewards?

No application process needed! Once settlement is complete, rewards are automatically sent to your linked CROSSx wallet.

### How is 'CROSS' paid out as a mission reward?

Approved missions have a scheduled reward payment date. Rewards are automatically sent to your linked CROSSx wallet on that payment date.

### How are 'Game Coupons' paid out as mission rewards?

Reward payment is scheduled for a designated date after mission approval, but you can receive your reward earlier than the payment date if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Your submitted mission has been 'approved'
2. Your KYC verification is complete
3. You have complied with the Operating Policy and mission rules
Once game coupons are issued, you can find them in the 'Mailbox' within the service.

### How do I use game coupons in my Mailbox?

Game coupons you've earned can be found in the 'Mailbox' within the service. Copy each coupon code and register it in the corresponding game to use it. Coupons cannot be used after their expiration date, so please use them within the period shown in the Mailbox.
※ The location for entering coupon codes may differ by game, so please refer to the instructions within the relevant game.

### I received mission approval, but my reward hasn't arrived.

All rewards paid through the service are only issued to users who have completed identity verification (KYC). Please first check whether your KYC has been completed. Even if your mission is approved, rewards will not be paid if KYC is not completed within the required period. Rewards are not paid retroactively even if you complete verification after the period has expired, so be sure to complete KYC before the deadline.
